While the soundtrack to the first game was rather ethereal, you get a much stronger one with this second Genesis game. You will hear a lot more instruments and beats with many more and faster twists in the melody. The music seems to be always present and a lot more stressed. Just like the first Genesis soundtrack it fits the games atmosphere - this time being a lot more thrilling and threatening - completely.
